Andrea Armstrong

American scholar and prison expert

Andrea Armstrong is an American criminal justice scholar, and Dr. Norman C. Francis Distinguished Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.[1] She won a MacArthur Fellowship.[2][3]
