Baal Shem Tov

Jewish mystical rabbi from Poland, founder of Hasidic Judaism

Rabbi Israel ben Eliezer, also known as the Baal Shem Tov which is Hebrew for Master of the Good Name, was a Rabbi who started Hasidic Judaism.[1]
