Prime Minister of Angola
Dr. Fernando José de França Dias Van-Dúnem (born 24 August 1934) is an Angolan politician. He was the First Vice-President of the African Union's Pan-African Parliament.[1] He is a member of the ruling Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA). He was Prime Minister of Angola twice during the 1990s.
