Harlingen, Texas

Harlingen (/ˈhɑːrlɪnɪn/ HAR-lin-jin)[1] is a city in Cameron County in the central region of the Rio Grande Valley of the southern part of the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 71,829.[2]

It is the city with the lowest cost of living in the United States.[3][4]
