Levi Eshkol

Israeli statesman, a founder of the Israeli Labor Party and Prime Minister (1895-1969)

Levi Eshkol (born Levi Shkolnik, October 25, 1895 – February 26, 1969) was the 3rd Prime Minister of Israel from 1963 until his death in 1969. He is buried in Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
