Nature Valley claims to have made the world's first granola bar in 1975 but it has also been disputed that the real inventor was Simcoe president Stanley Mason.[2][3][4] Nature Valley is popular in the United States. It was the most popular brand of granola bar in the US in a 2023 poll.[5]
Aside from the original flavor, Nature Valley also have Fruit & Nut bars, protein bars, muffin, and water bars. They come in many different flavors.[6]
