Rajon Rondo

Rajon Pierre Rondo (born February 22, 1986 in Louisville, Kentucky) is an American former professional basketball point guard. He played parts of 16 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played for the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans, Los Angeles Lakers, Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Cleveland Cavaliers. Rondo won an NBA Championship with the Boston Celtics in 2008. Rondo was selected with the 21st overall pick in the first round of the 2006 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. Rondo played college basketball for the University of Kentucky.

On April 2, 2024, Rondo announced that he was retiring from playing professional basketball.[1]
