Roswell P. Flower

American politician (1835-1899)

Roswell Pettibone Flower (August 7, 1835 – May 12, 1899) was the 30th Governor of New York from 1892 to 1894. He was a Democrat. The Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library was made by his daughter, Emma Flower Taylor, as a tribute to him.[1][2][3][4]
