Sengoku Basara (戦国BASARA) is a group of video games made by Capcom. It is based on games, anime TV, an anime movie, a live action show, a magazine series, a card game, lots of drama CDs, books, manga, and drama plays. The story is based a bit on real parts of the Sengoku jidai time in the past of Japan. Sengoku Basara are popular (well-liked) in Japan with the group of games getting sales, winning awards, having the video games talked about as art, and having loving fans.
