Sergei Levteev is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBA Group, an IT service provider company in Eastern Europe specialising in software services and solutions.[1][2]

Biography change
Sergei Levteev was born on August 14, 1955, in the Russian SFSR. At the age of 15, he moved with his family to Minsk, Belarusian SSR.[3][4]
In 1972–1977 he studied at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (BSUIR), earning a B.S. in electronic engineering.[3][4]
After graduation, he worked as a computer engineer at the G.K. Ordzhonikidze Electronic Computing Machines Plant (now Minsk Computer Technology Production Association (MCTPA)) under the state distribution program.[5]
From 1985 to 1989, he worked at Elorg–Data, a Finland–based IT company.[3]
After that, Levteev worked for four years as Deputy General Director of the computer engineering association BelNPOVT, an IT organisation with 40,000 employees.
In 1993, when IBA was founded, he became its CEO, and in 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBA Group.[6][7]
In 2005, the headquarters of IBA Group was relocated from Minsk to Prague. Since then, Sergei Levteev has been a resident of the Czech Republic.[8]
Sergei supports IT education and contributes to the development of the IT industry. He is a member of the Trustee Council of the Association of Postgraduates and Trustees of BSUIR.
Awards change
- 2002 – Man of Business prize in the category of "Most Original Business Idea Implemented by a Domestic Entrepreneur" according to the magazine for international cooperation “Delo (East+West)".[3]
- 2005 – Entrepreneur of the Year[9]
- 2008 – elected to the Presidium of the International Public Association of Graduates and Trustees (IPAGT) of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.[10]
