Steven Franken

American actor (1932-2012)

Stephen Robert "Steven" Franken (May 27, 1932 – August 24, 2012) mostly known as Steve Franken was an American movie, voice, stage, television actor, and comedian who is mostly known for his role as Chatsworth Osborne, Jr. in The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. He was also in The Lieutenant. He played several different characters in Bewitched. Franken was also in the 1986 movie The Party. Franken was a second cousin of senator and actor Al Franken.[1]

Franken was born on May 27, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York. Franken was married to Julia Carter until they divorced. Then he was married to Jean Franken up until his death in 2012. He had three daughters. Franken died on August 24, 2012 in Canoga Park, California from cancer, aged 80.[1]
