Needs work

If I look at EnWp, this is the equivalent of a very good article. No, I don't expect that, I just wanted to point out that likely, it is a rather important chemical, which has other uses than the vinegar on the salad, and the article should probably bew extended. I added two-three sentences on the most obvious uses, bit I am not a chemist or biochemist, so I lack the background. Just to say: needs extending..--Eptalon (talk) 22:03, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
