Talk:Bose–Einstein condensate

"all lie down using the littlest energy". That isn't "simple", it's pidgin. And patronising. Psb777 (talk) 23:20, 26 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

it's an endemic problem with "simple", when you strain yourself to use "simple language", you will automatically imagine you are talking to a small child or a retarded person and dumb down content as well. I never understood the point, is this a project for children, in which case there is hardly any need for an article on BEC to begin with, or is it for adults learing English, in which case it will be fine to use latinisms and other learned words which are used internationally, you just need to avoid colloquialisms and idiomatic constructions. --Dbachmann (talk) 20:40, 15 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Article needs to be moved to Bose-Einstein Condensate change

The "Bose Einstein Condensation" is an idea in modern information theory. (See the English Wikipedia.) This article is about the "Bose-Einstein Condensate." This article should be moved, but I don't know how to do it.Patrick0Moran (talk) 01:43, 19 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ice is not slippery change

This article says that water becoming ice is what makes it slippery. Ice is not slippery. It is ice melting (either under pressure or from external heat) back to water that makes ice slippery. 72.78.139.3 (talk) 15:47, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
