This section needs authoritative sources before being re-added; cyberstalking "Kevin Furlong" gets zero hits, and cyberstalking erika doesn't seem to find anything relevant:
Examples change
One web site called http://www.toxicpink.net/ was made to talk about cyber stalking. It talks about a person called Julie Wilkinson, who made a web site called Captain AmErika and said that their name was Kevin Furlong. The Captain AmErika web site had rude photos of a girl called Erika and it said that she had had sex with the head of the CIA, who is Michael Hayden. Erika had many bad things happen to her because of this cyber stalking, and because of this the USA made a new law to say that cyber stalking is illegal.
Timing doesn't add up either. The Interstate Stalking Punishment and Prevention act was passed in 1996, and cyberstalking language was added in the Violence Against Women Act of 2000, both of which far pre-date the alledged Furlong/Erika incident. Freshstart 02:17, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- There was a new law passed just a few months ago, that talks about this. Stalking the head of the CIA can have some major ramifications. I hope it is okay to link to an anti-cyber stalking web site though. 203.122.203.145 12:53, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
Here's something big... change
Someone has been cyberstalking one person on YouTube and a couple of other sites. A rising YouTube star was unexpectedly and falsely terminated in an innocent matter when another channel made copyright claims that were deemed false. It all pertains to a person who is behind this IP address (174.108.7.23), and is responsible for every portion of gathering personal information and creating defamation of its victim. 50.29.199.144 (talk) 09:55, 6 March 2019 (UTC)
