- Yeah. Also, all this is a copy/paste of the lede to the English Wikipedia article. If it isn't simplified in a timely matter (e.g. words like "objectives", "forsee", "consequences", "budgetary", etc. are not simple), it can still be removed per WP:QD#A3.
