List of U.S. states by area change
http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_area and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_area both purport to rank states by area but the some of the numbers are different. Why aren't they the same?

- Our numbers come from the 2000 U.S. census while English Wikipedia uses the 2010 census. Please be bold and help us change the information for the better. Griffinofwales (talk) 01:48, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
