how do birds have intercourse?70.185.246.159 22:18, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is the wrong place to ask such a question. Prime Contributer (talk) 06:17, 7 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I'll answer this while I'm here. Birds have a separate system for a) fertilization and b) excretion. In this respect and many others they are the same as reptiles, indeed they are reptiles, historically speaking. Macdonald-ross (talk) 14:18, 5 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Polar Bear change

I have noticed in "edit", the picture of the polar bear is titled, "Ursus maritinus". The scientific name for polar bear is not that but, "Ursus maritimus", or as stated in the English Wikipedia. Can some admin review this? I can't change the picture code. Prime Contributer (talk) 10:36, 23 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

The image is on Commons. You would have to talk to someone over there to get it moved (or move it yourself). -- Creol(talk) 10:39, 7 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Um, I don't think it really matters, but if I move it, won't all of this picture shown on any of the Wikimedia Projects be altereed? In other words, the picture won't be able to show anymore? Prime Contributer (talk) 10:36, 23 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism change

Someone shifted some of the labels in the first illustration, so they no longer are all correct. The general text is correct and seems to need no changes. Probably simplest to pull the present version of the first diagram from En wiki. Macdonald-ross (talk) 14:08, 5 May 2024 (UTC) 14:06, 5 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
