Brazil, Russia, India, china, South Africa (BRICS) - economic and military assistance.

The wikipedia page linked for BRICS doesn't mention it's a formal economic and military alliance. It does state BRICS is an acronym for this group of countries and how they are grouped by economists who consider their economic development.
