Atmosphere should be 100kPa? change

The articles says an atmosphere is a pressure, but then defines it in units of newtons. The units should be kPa. IOW 100,000 newtons per square meter— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:A601:A621:1800:C04A:FF90:8E64:9158 (talkcontribs) 18:01, 24 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Official SI unit for pressure is pascal, 1 pascal = 1 Newton per square meter; 1 atm (atmosphere) = 101.325 kPa; atm is not an SI unit. 1 atm is also 1,01325 bar. You could also use Torr (which is commonly known as mm Hg)...--Eptalon (talk) 18:41, 24 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
