Proposed deletion change

- They're a notable group, but this article is in terrible shape. You can either add {{notable}} to the top of the page to ask for speedy deletion, or a create a RfD page by placing {{rfd}} on the top of the page, pressing save, and then following the directions in the grey box that it produces.
