Fix linting error change
Hello, just working through one of the linting error lists and saw that this template was responsible for at least some of them. It looks like this line is responsible.

As far as I can tell there is no opening small tag, which is causing the error. I don't know enough about template syntax to suggest a fix at this point, and the page is protected so I couldn't make the change myself anyway. zchrykng (talk) 13:14, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hmm, it appears I might be mistaken about where those error are coming from, but still not sure a floating </small> tag is a great idea. zchrykng (talk) 13:24, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
