Reporting open proxies

Can I suggest that rather than locally reporting open proxies that have not editing this wiki, they be reported to the stewards at m:SRG? While they can be blocked without any local edits its just more work for admins to process and I don't think (though other admins might disagree) that we should focus on blocking them when they haven't made any edits to this wiki. 1. You are clearly a sockpuppet. Your first two article creations were clear advertorials that were previously deleted. You were clearly aware of this as you used "Sharda Deepakraj Lala (entrepreneur)" rather than " Sharda Deepakraj Lala" due to the latter's history.

2. You began to revert the QD nominations for no reason.

Notability is a good reason don't argument with me, i will raise this issue in global wiki. you guys are placing QD in every Stub article. if any editor dont knows about this subject how can we create articles, so we use stub for telling other editors to contribute on article. but in Simple English Wikipedia editors delete the articles by saying Notability.
