Västerås Cathedral
was built in the 13th century in the Scandinavian Brick Gothic style and was opened August 16, 1271; the King Erik XIV is buried in church, as well as the regent Svante Nilsson
Västerås Cathedral (Swedish: Västerås domkyrka) is a cathedral in the town of Västerås in Sweden. Belonging to Västerås Cathedral Parish of the Church of Sweden, it serves the Diocese of Västerås, and was opened in the 13th century.
