Vireo

family of birds

The vireos (/ˈvɪri./) are a group of passerine birds that are mostly in the part of the New World. Their feathers are dull-colored and greenish, the smaller species slightly resembling wood warblers. New evidence from DNA places vireos as relatives of crows.[1] Vireos are mostly shy.[1]
