Entire essay should be simplified/renamed

Assuming that policy/guideline/essay articles should also be in SE, this article probably needs to exist under a new name. A snowball's chance in hell is an interesting and humorous idiom but not really germane to the purpose of the essay, and I see no grounds for a trade-off that discourages participation by limited-English users in the interest of a fun little Wikipedia inside joke. - Regards, PhilipR (talk) 07:09, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
