Arthur Bunting

English rugby league footballer and coach (1936-2017)

Arthur Bunting (July/September 1936 – 7 June 2017)[1] was an English professional rugby league footballer. He played in the 1950s, and 1960s, and coached in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, playing at club level for Hull Kingston Rovers, as a Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. number 7, and coaching at club level for Hull Kingston Rovers, and Hull F.C.. He was born in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire.

Bunting died on 7 June 2017 in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire at the age of 80.[2]
