Carlos Armando Biebrich
Mexican lawyer and politician
Carlos Armando Biebrich Torres (19 November 1939 – 14 January 2021) was a Mexican lawyer and politician. He was a member the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He was Governor of Sonora from 1973 to 1975. He was a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1967 to 1970.[1]
Armando Biebrich died on 14 January 2021 in Hermosillo, Sonora from COVID-19 at the age of 81.[2]
