Clementine Churchill
Wife of Winston Churchill and life peer (1885–1977)
Clementine Ogilvy Spencer Churchill, Baroness Spencer-Churchill, GBE (née Hozier; 1 April 1885 – 12 December 1977) was the wife of Winston Churchill. She acted as Chairman of the Red Cross Aid to Russia Fund and was President of the Young Women’s Christian Association War Time Appeal. She was the Spouse of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom twice between 1940 until 1945 and again from 1951 until 1955.[1]
