Elmer Cravalho
American politician
Elmer Franklin Carvalho (February 19, 1926–June 27, 2016) was an American politician and former teacher. He was a member of the Democratic Party. Carvalho served as the first Mayor of Maui from 1969 to 1979 and the first Speaker of the Hawaii House of Representatives following statehood.[1][2]
