中文(中国大陆):一碟茂名市区内的香油捞粉皮,与信宜食惯嘴捞粉是同一个物种,亦是广东肠粉的变体,制作方法较肠粉简单,系用肠粉的主料米粉制成,不包裹任何荤素配菜(芝麻、葱除外),最大特色是辅以韭菜油(用韭菜榨出的油)为佐料,搅拌均匀后可使用,价格便宜(在90年代时约为5毛至1元一碟)。此照片拍摄时为3元一碟。
