Original upload log

The original symbol of the Acción Popular (1980 from El Comercio) party, based in Imagen:Lampa-AP.gif had the following text on eswiki: ha sido licenciada bajo {{GFDL}}, por el personero legal titular de esa agrupación política
Perú - Lima. Yo mismo tramité dicha licencia a lo cual accedió. --Ari Herrera Cuntti (discusión) 19:57 13 may 2006 (CEST)"

Note: The lamp logo was created around 1963 during the government of Fernando Belaunde Terry under the Popular Cooperation government program, due to the change of government it was not realized until 1980. At that time it is not known if the logo was based on some of the lampa designs. Therefore, the author is not the political party and carries the label {{PD-Peru-anonymous}}.
