Viewed from the SE corner of the bus station, which is adjacent to The Market Place and Blackwood Shopping Mall. Rebuilt in 2007, the bus station was CLAW Building of the Year 2007. CLAW is the acronym for Consortium of Local Authorities in Wales. The station has 8 bus bays. There are various local services starting and ending here, and also longer routes, such as to and from Newport, Pontypool, Tredegar and Cardiff.
