That means you could reasonably argue either way. Secondly, Ireland is a westminster democracy, so the Westminster diagram is better at showing the balance of the government. Thirdly, until recently, the Parliament of Australia page, which also sits in the same Westminster/Hemicircle pattern, used the Westminster diagram. They have now changed the pictures there to reflect that. We could compromise by doing that,...
