Deutsch: Beschreibung der Flagge: "Von Blau und Gelb ("Orange") im Verhältnis 1 : 1 längsgestreift (gemeint ist quergestreift), mit dem Stadtwappen in der Mitte." Die Stadt führt mit Genehmigung des Regierungspräsidenten Arnsberg vom 20.08.1975 ein Wappen, ein Siegel, eine Flagge und ein Banner.
