I don't understand why this image is a copyright violation. It appears to be a screenshot of a televised appeared by Mr. Bush by Voice of America news. VOA is public domain news (except for their images which sometimes come from AP and others). However, if you examine this image carefully, its name (tv-bush-31mar05-150.jpg) indicates it is a TV screenshot, not an AP photo, which they typically name as "ap_...". So I presume that it is in fact public domain. Can someone explain why that would not be the case? DouglasGreen 18:09, 1 May 2005 (UTC)
