Description
English: Inferred admixture fractions [51] for different choices of number of clusters. Four different numbers of clusters are displayed. The fractions on the left show the fraction of 50 replicate analyses that support of the most common and displayed mode [52]. Populations that did not contribute to the African variation were removed from this figure. See S3 Fig for the full range of populations and additional K. The bars on top represent the ethnic group, the bars on the bottom indicate geographic grouping.
