Afrikaans: Tombe van Téviec. Twee vroueskelette van tussen 25- en 35-jarige ouderdom, wat na tussen 6 740 en 5 680 jaar gelede in die Middelsteentydperk gedateer is. Hulle het geweldadig gesterf, met etlike kopbeserings en pylmerke. Die twee liggame is sorgsaam in 'n halfput op basisrots begrawe, en halfweg in die gebruiksgoedere wat hulle bedek het. Takbokgewei bedek die tombe. Die grafgoedere sluit flintsteen en been in (hoofsaaklik wildevark) benewens begrafnisjuwele van deurboorde seeskulpe wat in halssnoere, arm- en enkelbande geryg is. Sekere van die beenobjekte toon lyngravure. In 1938 herwin en in 2010 gerestoureer.
English: Tomb of Téviec. Two skeletons of women between 25 and 35 years of age, dated between 6740 and 5680 BP Mesolithic. They died a violent death, with several head injuries and impacts of arrows. The two bodies were buried with great care in a pit half in the basement rock (underlying or country rock) and half in the kitchen debris that covered them. The tomb is protected by antlers. The grave goods include flint and bone (mainly wild boar) offerings? and funeral jewelry which is made of marine shells drilled and assembled into necklaces, bracelets and ankle rings. Some of the bone objects have engraved lines. Recovery in 1938 restoration 2010. See [1]
Français : Sépulture de Téviec. Mésolithique, de 6740 à 5680 avant le présent. Deux squelettes de femmes entre 25 et 35 ans, mortes de mort violente, avec plusieurs traumatismes crâniens et impacts de flèches. Les deux corps ont été ensevelis avec beaucoup de soins dans une fosse creusée moitié dans le sous-sol et moitié dans les débris de cuisine qui les recouvraient. L’ensemble est « protégé » par des bois de cervidés. Le mobilier funéraire comprend des silex et surtout des stylets en os de sanglier, ainsi que des bijoux funéraires formés de coquilles marines percées et assemblées en colliers, bracelets et anneaux de jambes. Quelques-uns des objets en os portent quelques traits gravés. Reconstitution en 1938 ; restauration en 2010 (moulage de la sépulture A au musée de Toulouse).
Čeština: Pohřeb z Téviec vystavený v muzeu v Tolouse. Obsahuje dvě kostry žen ve stáří mezi 25 a 35 lety, které zemřely násilnou smrtí, což dokazují viditelná zranění na hlavě od šípů. Obě těla byla pohřbena s velkou péčí a chráněna parohy. V hrobě byly také nalezeny pazourky, kosti, pera a pohřební šperky - náhrdelníky z mušlí, prsteny a nákoleníky; něteré z nich i zdobené rytím. Nalezeno v roce 1938, zrekonstruováno v roce 2010.
Italiano: La Tomba di Téviec. Morte violenta, ecco la causa di morte delle due "Signore di Téviec", due donne tra i 25 e i 35 anni. La loro tomba si trovava in una piccola isola francese, Teviec, appunto. Datata tra il 6740 e il 5680 a.C., custodiva i due scheletri, inumati con cura in una fossa scavata nella roccia, coperta con macerie. Le due donne erano protette in alto da corna animali ed erano adornate con vari gioielli: orecchini, collane, bracciali e cavigliere, realizzati con conchiglie. I due scheletri riportavano diverse ferite e segni di frecce sul corpo
