Description
Deutsch: Das Bild zeigt den ehemaligen Dortmunder Straßenstrich (seit 2011 Sperrbezirk), hier die Ecke Bornstraße/Mindener Straße. Der Zaun im Vordergrund gehört zur Bahntrasse der U-Bahnlinie U42, die den Dortmunder Süden mit dem Norden verbindet und dabei ab der Haltestelle Eisenstraße oberirdisch weitergeführt wird. Rechts befindet sich der Hornbach-Baumarkt, links das Fiat-Center Berke. Aus Forschungsarbeiten des Fachbereichs für Sozialwissenschaften der Fakultät Raumplanung an der Technischen Universität Dortmund ist bekannt, dass dort (hinten links um die Kurve herum geht es noch weiter) ca. 250–350 Frauen arbeiteten. Die Hauptarbeitszeiten dort lagen zwischen 15:00 und 03:00 Uhr.
