Gianfranco Parolini

Italian film director

Gianfranco Parolini (20 February 1925 – 26 April 2018) was an Italian movie director and screenwriter. He is often credited as Frank Kramer. Among his movies are The Sabata Trilogy, several sword and sandal movies, most of the Kommissar X movies and a number of Spaghetti Westerns. He was born in Rome, Italy.

He claimed to have written over 100 thriller novels before becoming an assistant to Giuseppe D'Amato.[1]

Parolini died on 26 April 2018 in Rome, Italy at the age of 93.[2]
