Margaret "Gretel" Bergmann-Lambert (née Bergmann; 12 April 1914 – 25 July 2017) was a German-born American Jewish athlete. She was born in Laupheim, Württemberg. She competed as a high jumper during the 1930s. Because of her Jewish origins, the Nazis prevented her from taking part in the 1936 Summer Olympics, after which she left Germany and vowed never to return. She later moved to the United States.
