Joe Morton
Joseph Thomas "Joe" Morton, Jr. (born October 18, 1947) is an American actor. He worked with movie director John Sayles in The Brother from Another Planet (1984), City of Hope (1991) and Lone Star (1996). He is also known for his role as Lt. McMahon in the 1994 action movie Speed.

In 2014, Morton won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Eli Pope in Scandal. He is also known for playing the role of Henry Deacon on the popular TV series Eureka.
In 2016, Morton played Dr. Silas Stone, father of Victor Stone/Cyborg, in a cameo role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as part of the DC Extended Universe. He will play the role again in the upcoming Justice League (2017).
