Melanie Chartoff (born December 15, 1950)[1] is an American actress. She played Lillah Warfield in Wiseguy on CBS. Also on CBS, she played Dr. Mary on Newhart

Chartoff was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Various sources have her birth between 1948 and 1955.
