Najib Tareque
Najib Tareque, (Bengali: নাজিব তারেক; born September 5, 1970) is a Bengali artist, printmaker and writer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.[1] He is considered one of the pioneers of New Media movement in the twenty-first-century artists of Bangladesh. He was the founding member of Jolrong, one of the first online art galleries in South Asia.[2] He participates more than twenty solo and group exhibitions in the country and abroad.[3]

In July 2015, he has started an online-based conceptual virtual art project named Art Makes Us Human through Instagram.[2]
Biography
changeTareque was born on 5 September 1970 in Borogur Gola, Dinajpur, Bangladesh. His father was Tamizuddin and mother was Nujratun Nisa. He is the fifth among seven siblings. He passed his early childhood in Thakurgaon and in Dinajpur district. He studied at Rajshahi Collegiate School and Dinajpur Government College. And graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Dhaka.[4]
