Shigeo Yaegashi (八重樫 茂生, Yeagashi Shigeo, March 24, 1933 - May 2, 2011) was a Japanese football player. He played for the Japanese national team.

Early lifeEdit

Yaegashi was born in 1933 in Daejeon, in what is today South Korea. He attended Chuo University and Waseda University.[1]

CareerEdit

Yaegashi was part of the Japanese national Olympic teams in 1956, 1964 and 1968. He was awarded a bronze medal during the Mexico games of 1968.
