Sisimpur

television series

Sisimpur is the Bangladeshi version of the American children's televison series Sesame Street.[1] It started in April 2005 on Bangladesh Television.[2][3] Nayantara Communications make the show in Bangladesh and Sesame Workshop.[4] Sisimpur is the first educational television program for children in Bangladesh. It was targeted that about 4 million children would view the program in the first two years.
