Sylvester McCoy
Percy James Patrick Kent-Smith or Sylvester McCoy (born 20 August 1943) is a Scottish actor. He is best known for playing the seventh incarnation of the Doctor on Doctor Who from 1987 to 1989, he also briefly played the Doctor in beginning of the 1996 TV movie. He has also appeared in The film adaptation of The hobbit film series ( 2012-2014) as Rangalf The Forrest wizard. And has also provided his voice for Two of heirloom audio productions adaptations of G.A henty's novels.

In 2008 McCoy played The fool alongside Ian mckellen in The 2008 stage adaptation of King lear. He later appeared as Rangalf The Forrest wizard in The film adaptation of The hobbit series since 2012 To 2014 again alongside Ian Mckellen. He has also provided his voice in Two heirloom audio productions adaptation of G.A henty's novels, The cat of bubastes and The Dragon and The raven both in 2015.
