Striker (retired) change

Question: The part in the info box about him being a Striker (retired), now that he's passed away, should we remove the retired part, or is it there to show he retired as a striker before his death? Kennedy (talk • changes). 11:12, 1 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I think we should, so... Pmlineditor 11:12, 1 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Possibly incorrect reference to the clubs Robson managed in Europe. change

Hi. I wonder if you could help me to sort something out, please. This article is selected as a Very Good Article, but it contains what I suspect to be a mistake. What I am trying to do is to clarify if it is indeed an error, or if it's correct. In the article, it mentions that Robson managed clubs from Holland, Spain and Portugal.

I am unsure of whether the original writer of the article meant to indicate that Robson managed clubs from The Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. This is because the country known as The Netherlands is often wrongly referred to as Holland, when Holland is an area of the Netherlands running down the West coast of the country. It is split into two provinces, North Holland and South Holland. Is there any way this could be clarified, please? Thank you, DaneGeld (talk) 21:32, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Following on from this, I am going to be bold and change the reference in the article to point to The Netherlands. If this is wrong, you can always revert it, I don't mind. I simply suspect the wrong article was pointed at. DaneGeld (talk) 23:41, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
