The University of Fribourg (French: Université de Fribourg; German: Universität Freiburg) is a university in Fribourg, Switzerland. It is the sixth-biggest university in Switzerland and the only one that is officially bilingual. Many branches offer lectures in German and French, some even in English. In some cases, courses in both languages must be taken to obtain a degree. There are about 10.500 students at the university.
