The entire article is basically an en:wp copy/paste with a very light clean up done to it before it was abandoned. I'm wondering why you reverted my edits to College of Arms. The article was pretty much a cut-and-paste of the non-simple English-language article, patently not written in simple English. Looking back at the edit history, it's true that some editing had taken place -- a few small changes had been made here and there, but nowhere near enough. So I started a rewrite. It left a small stub, admittedly; but surely that's better than lots of undigested complexity. Or does the simple wikipedia have a policy of gradually paring down and clarifying non-simple articles rather than gradually growing new ones from scratch?
