Shepparton Adams Family Cycling Group On November 2013 The Shepparton News published an article about different cycling groups in this area. One of them is called, Adams Family Cycling Group of Shepparton This unique cycling groups was formed to help riders which had health issues. Most of the riders are above 60 years old, ten above 70 and a legendary 80 years old. Four times a week they meet at Adam road and at a good speed they start a 50km ride. The speed is variable between 30 to 50 km per hour. A long sprint is set for the last stage of the ride. All riders have special name. Pretty Ron, smart Ron. Don "numero uno" , big C, little Nev and one foot sprinter, winner of several sprints using only one foot. Several ladies are part of this group and in many occasions they have performed very well, winning sprints and pacing the group. The Adams Family Cycling Group is dedicated to support riders with difficulty, physical or emotional one. [1]
